"We have been loyal customers of Frederick’s Fuel for almost 30 years. This company is tremendous. Every employee is very knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. Frederick’s Fuel goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of, whether it is for regular maintenance, making sure the oil supply is at the level it should be or an issue needs to be solved. This family run business cares about their customers and employees. It is quite obvious they treat their staff as well as their customers like they are a part of their family. We own 4 different homes/places of business. From dealing with different energy companies, in different locations, whether it be natural gas, propane, or oil, we’ve never had an experience of feeling safe with complete security for our home and family as we have been made to feel with Will, the owner’s son, for the past multiple decades. For that reason, along with countless others, we will never switch from oil. Frederick’s Fuel will remain this customer’s company of service for life."

"Fredericks Fuel and Heating Service is the best in the business for over 140 years! I use their services personally for many reasons but the main ones being that they are a full service home heating oil company that does their own deliveries, they have an in-house, full service department to address any heating system issues/problems, they offer prompt service and deliveries even in emergencies, and they offer payment plans if needed. They may not have the cheapest prices but their services are worth the cost, the peace of mind, and they don’t give you the “runaround”. "I woke up at 3:30 am to no heat and called Frederick’s fuel and Paul called me back right away. He worked on my system for hours in order to get my heat working again. He is awesome! "We want to thank Frederick’s Fuel, for proving us with outstanding service , from our oil deliveries , with Steve , who knows we require a slow fill, and he is always on time . Last New Year’s Eve , at 10:PM what we discovered our boiler had cracked ; we called Fredrick’s immediately, and within minutes received a call back from George. George was immediately on his way from Vernon to try to restore our heat , as this was during that severely frigid cold spell , and we had our 15 month old toddler to keep warm . George was at our home until 11:45 pm on New Year’s Eve . George was so kind and considerate , he even called us again , on New Year’s Day .
